The Challenge

When Alpha first came to us, they were looking for a partner who could understand their brand, the customers that shopped with them, and help them realize the potential of their email program. They had previously struggled with consistency on email campaigns, flows had become outdated, and performance was suffering. Campaigns

We knew campaigns would be a major source of success here as one of the biggest pain points for Alpha was producing content consistently. Our first goal was to develop campaign calendars on a monthly basis using a thoughtful strategy.

We knew if we could develop this with their team, we would be on our way to success.The results came in quickly. Once we had a strategy & planning in place, we were able to 3X the amount of campaigns that were being created - and, in Chenille’s words (digital marketing lead) “with even cleaner branding”.

Flows

The flows that Alpha had set up were performing OK but had recently been falling off. They were outdated & didn’t match what the brand had evolved into. Our goal here was to take advantage of subpar performance by restructuring the current flows, giving the designs a facelift, and launching missing flows.The outcome was a success & we were able to more effectively communicate with customers with branding that matched the brand.

The Results

Alpha Foods saw transformative results across their email marketing efforts. The consistency in campaigns and updated flows led to a 3X increase in the number of campaigns sent and a 200% year-over-year increase in deliveries. This revitalized approach contributed to a 3X increase in attributed revenue, solidifying email as a key revenue driver for the brand.

As we’ve continued working with Alpha & their priorities have shifted to retail & wholesale relationships, we’ve continually been able to support their efforts through email & SMS.
