The Challenge

Growing and scaling a fun, entertaining brand with a proud voice can be a unique challenge - especially when the traffic comes from social media and short form videos. We built out and scaled from a handful of flows to over 35 between sms and email and campaign calendars growing from ~4 a month to over 20.

Campaigns

Building the campaign calendars out from scratch is super fun - this is one of our most entertaining clients to plan for. The freedom and range is unlimited when selling exotic snacks from around the world. We’ve ramped up from sending 1 - 2 emails a week to a complex calendar of 16 - 20 emails a month. Campaigns for SMS and email consistently drive 54% of revenue a month. 

Flows

Building out core flows at launch and expanding to advanced flows - think 30, 45, 60, day check ins for prospects and existing customers to increase repeat purchase rates. SMS flows and email flows consistently combine for 46% of attributed revenue month after month. 

The Results

Bussin Snacks has been a great success - the combination of Postscript for SMS and forms and Klaviyo for email and audience building has allowed us to target 100’s of thousands of subscribers in a personalized, custom format with campaigns and flows. 

BONUS: Took their site speed from 36 to 72 and increased the conversion rate by 33% from 1.51% to 2.01% month over month and from 1.31% to 1.54% year over year. Big changes when you have 20,000,000 likes on TikTok.
