We knew campaigns would be an area for improvement. There were a ton of subscribers to be communicated with in a consistent, engaging manner. The calendar was light - lacking a consistent schedule with rotating content.
Campaign revenue increased 20% in the first month. In the first 4 months - campaigns have generated 36% of Klaviyo revenue.
Flows were the biggest area for improvement from the start. We refreshed, rebuilt and re-launched 12 all new flows. Flow revenue over tripled (including the welcome flow) in the first 30 days after making the transition from Attentive to Klaviyo.
Heiress Beverly Hills has been a great success - the migration from Attentive to Klaviyo has increased both campaign deliveries and flow deliveries and led to nearly double the revenue from email as a channel on a monthly basis.
