The Challenge

Being a lean team, Hailey and Sophie were struggling to keep up with all of the marketing necessary. They was excited for a team to come in, take over email & SMS and migrate from Attentive to Klaviyo (for email). Campaigns and flows were both chugging away as they had been set up, but it was time for a refresh on design, copy, and structure.

Campaigns

We knew campaigns would be an area for improvement. There were a ton of subscribers to be communicated with in a consistent, engaging manner. The calendar was light - lacking a consistent schedule with rotating content.

Campaign revenue increased 20% in the first month. In the first 4 months - campaigns have generated 36% of Klaviyo revenue.

Flows

Flows were the biggest area for improvement from the start. We refreshed, rebuilt and re-launched 12 all new flows. Flow revenue over tripled (including the welcome flow) in the first 30 days after making the transition from Attentive to Klaviyo. 

The Results

Heiress Beverly Hills has been a great success - the migration from Attentive to Klaviyo has increased both campaign deliveries and flow deliveries and led to nearly double the revenue from email as a channel on a monthly basis.
