The Challenge

Tomer came to us facing limited time with no strong desire to learn the ins-and-outs of email marketing. He was looking for a team that could slot into the gap he had & fill it with little to no involvement from his end. He was focused on growing the business through other avenues & didn’t want to have to really think about this aspect.

Campaigns

By creating consistent campaigns centered around what their clients find important, we were able to greatly improve the results we were seeing. We went from little to no revenue coming fro campaigns, to a albeit ridiculous 1200% increase in attributed revenue. This was partially due to the fact that campaigns were a previously untapped area but it shouldn't discount the results

Flows

Flows had previously been set up inside of the MunchMakers account. They were performing OK & were typically the sole driver of email revenue - aside from the occasional sale campaign sent. Here, our goal was simple: improve the structure & content of flows while simultaneously launching new ones.

Our goal was a success. Within 2 months, we were seeing flow revenue up 78% YoY. Flows were off to the races, bringing in consistent revenue & providing a foundation for future comms & growth.

The Results

MunchMakers saw significant improvements in their email marketing performance. By tripling the number of campaigns sent, we achieved a 1200% increase in attributed campaign revenue, turning a previously untapped channel into a vital revenue source. The enhancement of email flows resulted in a 78% year-over-year increase in flow revenue within two months. These efforts elevated email marketing to the 3rd largest revenue channel for MunchMakers, with consistent year-over-year improvement for six months and a fourfold increase in overall email volume and consistency.
